Abstract:
The research explains factors of improving the operations of companies by using Business Process Management. Business process management has received considerable attention recently from both business administration and computer science communities. Different educational backgrounds and interests typically characterize members of these communities. People in business administration are interested in increasing customer satisfaction, reducing the cost of doing business.
