Abstract:
A total of 25 randomly purchased bread samples were analyzed in this study from 25 different bakeries in Tajoura city. Bread in Libya is highly consumed among all socioeconomic groups; it is mainly consumed in breakfast, dinner and school meals. Potassium bromate is the most popular additive used in bakery industry worldwide. Bakeries in the US used Potassium bromate as bread improver since 1914 to increase bread volume and texture and improve bread production.

Abstract:
The study trying to utilize and allows to harness the natural and free solar energy gotten from the sun by converting the additional free enthalpy gotten as thermal and kinetic energy likewise into useful power; on other words the main concern is increasing the COP. This type of AC will use as much solar energy as is available and convert the solar energy directly to replace the equivalent amount of AC power from the mains provider.

Effect of Low Estrogen Hormone Level on Women in Menopause

Abstract:
Menopause is defined as the time of the last menstrual period which is followed by 12 months of amenorrhea. Menopause is a time in which hormonal fluctuations occur in the females` body. Estrogen is responsible for many mechanisms inside the body. The symptomatic changes begin since the perimenopause transition till the permanent cessation of menstrual cycle. Ovaries are the only source of estrogen and progesterone.
